Sincerity

 

The word is so commonly used that one really has forgotten the real essence of the word. 

RESPONSIBILITY INDICATES THE FOLLOWING

 All the things you speak is a result of your 

own understanding of what you say not as a 

result of somebody’s words.

 You really mean what you say and do stand by 

what you say irrespective of consequences. You really know what you are doing and are

conscious of yours actions.

 Your act involves good not only to you but to 

all things around.

 When you are a leader, you are not only 

responsible for your actions but also 

responsible for the actions of your beam. 

 Often responsibility as a leader includes caring 

the good for the team before the good of a 

individual or self.

 Responsibility involves that if there was a 

mistake you do your best to put it right.
