Empowering women is extremely essential for the progress of the family as well as the nation. However, Women need to realize that empowerment always comes from within. They have got to learn the art of standing up for themselves because if they won’t take a stand for themselves nobody else will. The decisions you make will shape your life. If you relinquish them all to other people you give away your ability to design what life you want to live.
What should I do when I grow up? Should I
take this Job? What should I do?
Should I stay?Should I go?
The more you take ownership of these decisions, the more you see that they belong to you and that the outcome has an impact only on yourself, the more capable you become, the more able, to do, to act or to accomplish what you decide you want.
This is my definition of empowerment.
